SOPA stands for "Stop Online Piracy Act". SOPA is a proposed law suggested by the United States. It's a threat to the internet and to freedom in general because it allow governments to control the information we receive. And it allows them to prevent us from seeing and reading that which we choose to see.
Like, when we see some information on a site, we can see it on another one, so everybody is stealing others work..
